How I respond to the idea of the Falcons being better than the Panthers:

They barely beat a bad Tennessee team being led by freakin mettenburger. Yeah, I'm not scared of them at all. Can't wait for December to get here 

I pied it, but lets be real. We also barely beat a NO team with a backup QB. One single great play from Norman won us that game. A matter of inches and split second timing meant he intercepted that rather than being a touchdown and them winning.

Lets not crap on other teams for "barely" winning when we did the same.

Funchess is bad, I stand by that. He's a liability. I don't expect him to be Amari Cooper as a rookie but I want him to at least show flashes and improvement and he is showing neither

Agreed,and we are a better team than the Saints. We are now,and we were then...but we still allowed them to take us to the limit and save a highlight reel interception we would have lost.

The catch he made last night was a good one and not the first tough one he's caught. If you haven't seen the potential in this kid, then either your eyesight or your judgement is bad.

Funchess is a rookie.  We got spoiled last year with KB.  He's made some bonehead drops, but also made some really great catches under pressure.  You don't give up on a player drafted that high 6 games into the season.  Have some patience and enjoy yourself.

A win is a fuging win in the NFL...1 or 20 points is the fugin same...doesn't matter which team it is.
No such thing as "oh we beat X team by Y and they only beat them by Z so we are Y-Z better than them durr"
