Cam is a completely different style of runner than Vick.  In his prime, Vicky was incredibly quick and elusive, more so than Cam.  Vicky was better at escaping trouble.  Cam is more physical, can run over people and is harder to bring down.  They are not really that similar. 

 

But Cam has gotten far smarter this year.  He has learned to get down, and usually only takes big hits near the goal line.  And he looks to pass instead of run a lot more than he did first couple of years.

He might not have the numbers so far this year, but he has been playing QB at the highest level there is this season. He's been great. Lack of talent at WR is really holding him and the offense back. Once we get KB back and get one more legit weapon look the fug out.

Why is everyone getting so fired up?  It's just a statistic.  Nobody is comparing him to Vick indiscriminately.  Vick holds an awesome QB TD record.  Cam broke it and will continue to break records.  Just enjoy the greatness, guys!
