I guarantee I've not only been to more Panther games than you, but have been following them longer and more in depth. Don't even try to start poo.

Should we measure peckers too while we're at it? The whole "I'm a bigger fan bro, you wanna go?!" conversation is pretty pointless.

I mentioned it in relation to his post because it's relevant. Don't like it? Too bad.

If you don't think the NFL tries to push games one way with the use of their refs, you are delusional.   There is a reason officiating gets worse every year and there are hardly any consequences.  They do their best to influence but sometimes the other team just wins, which is what we did.  Just watch the second half of Colts, Green Bay, game.  Watch some of those Philly game calls.  It's around the league too.  The NFL continues to make the rule book more muddled and confusing so the refs can use it however they want to dictate a game.

Then all the Superbowls have story-lines the last decade.  Katrina for Saints (after the refs handed playoff games to the Saints that year and let them late hit Favre 15 times in one game), Patriots multiple times, Ray Lewis retiring and Harbough vs Harbough, offense vs defense in the Broncos vs Seattle, etc.

Wait till Thursday vs Cowboys.  I hope I'm wrong about that game, but get ready for incoming BS calls.

HOnestly I wouldn't mind getting a few calls here and there to keep us undefeated...

The league and the refs owe us that and then more the way they have perpetually screwed us year after year after year up to and including this year...we've had to beat the other team and the refs a few times already this year...

People keep talking bullshit about the Rodgers choke job but fail to bring up how that was an illegal play anyway and should have been a pick penalty called....so yea bring on the fix in our favor we deserve it don't care what anyone says.

And if we do start getting favorable calls and it's clear as day we are getting set up to win then i'll just say "yup and ask me...fugin ask me" then they'll say "ask you what?" and i'll say "ask me if I give a FUUUUUUCCCCKKKKK"

Pats have been cheating for years and years and getting rings off it so...I don't give a poo how it comes as long as it comes...lets bring that trophy home and if we get some ref love for once along the way...so fugin be it...don't care at all.

Don't believe in an overall NFL conspiracy.  First of all the refs would have to be in on it.  Do you honestly believe that they could keep it a secret? Imagine if it were found out that the games were rigged, do you really think the NFL wouldn't suffer possible insurmountable public backlash?  They would lose so much money.

However I do believe in individual ref's incompetency and bias.

I think it is subtle, several close calls for a certain team.

It is not that football is an act or scripted but that the NFL subtly tries to influence games.

We know that this is a game of inches, if a few of those inches are taken and given then games can be greatly influenced without a blatant setup.

Don't get butt hurt when you try to talk poo and the person you were trying to talk poo about comes at you.

Once again you've shown that you have an obsession with butting into conversations I'm having in attempt to insult me. Its BS and its gotten really old.

You literally provide nothing to this forum anymore besides snarky responses and bullshit smack talk bout people you don't even know. Congratulations.

*blushes*

You keep saying all these nice things, and you might just get a reach around.

You're just blind.  The Saints Superbowl was the most watched superbowl, and one of the most watched TV events period.  The Saints don't have a billion fans, but because OF THE STORYLINE people watched.  So yes, storylines DO matter, sorry you can't see this but I envy your ignorance (and it's bliss as they say).   If you read what I posted, you would see that the Saints got a treasure trove of dump truck size calls during that playoff run.  They even let Favre get hit after the play at least 10 times in that game just to get them there.

I don't think the Cowboys have close to as many fans as they used to, and a lot of other things go into determining if a team will bring in advertising dollars.   How big are they as spenders, their ages, etc.  Yes, the Packers could definitely bring in more advertising money.  Rodgers is way more exciting than the Cowboys as a whole.    Harbough vs Harbough (and the Ray Lewis retiring storyline) was huge as well and people WERE interested.   Ray Lewis isn't bad for the NFL, he's popular, and he's even doing pregame shows now.

Also, you clearly didn't read the part that I said it doesn't always work out for the NFL, sometimes, a team just pushes through it.  I believe the players and the coaches are playing to win, I really do.  The refs, have no consequences for being bad and worse each year, what other job has that?  There is a reason.  Look at the calls going on this year, it's obvious.

The ratings for the superbowl have went up each year, they know what they are doing.  The NFL also has to give back money to advertisers if ratings dip in the SB, etc.

The NFL can legally rig games, they are in the same classification as the WWE, and if you don't think vegas is pulling the strings in every sporting event, I don't know what to tell you.  They've been doing this for over a century.

The league definitely favors certain teams more than others.

I don't think it goes too much deeper than that though in terms of blatantly rigging or anything. The NFL is just getting greedy. They don't care how many awful calls are made by referees as long as television ratings are still high, and tickets are still selling. At the end of the day, people are still going to watch football, no matter how mad they get about bad calls. The NFL knows this.
