if you hit at +4000 hopefully you were smart enough not to bet bigger than the max payout.  some places limit it to around 40k.  which means you should of only bet 40 bucks.  though im almost sure you could do multiple bets. never tried it.

you can mail the ticket in and get paid full.  Yeah, it's more fun to cash it in person, but you'll save more money not doing that.
