Sr. still has a chip on his shoulder re: Panthers.  I could tell in his answers.  They were measured and truthful but he quickly went on to other points rather than personal Panther memories that he could have shared.  The hurt is real on his end.

 

 

I have seen/heard Smitty a few times in the last few weeks. To me he is trying to be diplomatic. He is a Raven now, so he doesn't want to come off as a Panther lover. He will talk Panthers, he just doesn't want to pick the games.

 

Or...maybe he doesn't want to sound butt hurt by picking against us. I just have this feeling he is trying to stay neutral, so he is staying away from the picks.

I'm also a big time hater of having to see a thread every time words come out of his mouth during this magical season. Especially 4 days before we host our first NFCC game

and @L-TownCatthe S3 obsessors are just as bad as the haters.

Yep. Let's keep the boards clean for the inevitable posts about Palmer's wife and how half the huddle would bang her, or about his sister or little cousin that is "doable". That is after all, how we treat opposing QB's around here this season it seems.

Agreed. But your name "Roaring Riot" carries power. Yet you struck out to make comments about Steve Smith related threads, but I dont recall such comments from you condemning or otherwise standing up against people that shame us by making frat boy-esqe comments about the wives of other players.

 

Not that you should or have to...because boys will be boys, and immature mofos will be immature mofos no matter what...and while I agree with you about the SS related comments, the RR could stand for more. Why complain about Smith related stuff but stay silent and in essence keep your sword sheathed when other threads that were far more distasteful and unrelated to our team?

 

 

Anyway,its all good and love what you guys are doing. It wasnt all that serious. Just there are far worse things and threads going on here than stuff related to SS. I hope you will use the power you carry to influence the huddle as a whole,and call out the nasty stuff as well as calling out the SS stuff. No mans wife (NFL or not, player or not) should have gifs and comments about them passed around here while we call ourselves a respectable and classy fanbase. Note I dont mind it at all really, but lets be classy..or lets be trashy...but lets make a choice.
