i have a huge interview friday. the good news is i'll still have my voice, the bad news is i'm going to flub the biggest interview of my life because i was doing panthers stuff all week leading up to it.

Just be loose, confident but humble, & don't use any big words. Srsly, no big words. You've got this.

Oh, you can refer any character references to www.huddle.com. We got your back. :) You are blocking @15 , right?

The Pride Rally was a nice touch today and a nice little bone for those of us who can't afford to go to Santa Clara. (Accepting donations)

Also I was on the hill on the far end of the field today and got to see a really cool play they were implementing before getting shooed off. I'll totally tell you about it if you wanna PM me but obviously won't say it here.

Has anyone else noticed the coverage is definitely shifted toward the Panthers?

I don't get NFL Network at work but ESPN is 80/20 easy.

I would guess it's because more people have actually watched the games now. And are thinking 'How did we miss this all year?'

People have a tendency to assume that analysts watch every game, and there are a few who do.

The majority probably watch somewhere from two to four games a week, and generally choose them by teams that are already hyped.  Heck. nobody much was watching Patriot games prior to them winning the Super Bowl either.

We win this thing, and sustain success, you'll see a lot more attention coming our way.

Of course, even if we do win, there'll be plenty of 'fall back to earth / Super Bowl hangover" speculation to start next season.

The more I think about it I don't really see the Seahawks losing a lot of their bandwagon, I just see two large bandwagons emerging and taking over, us and the Seahawks. People are going to be either team seahawks or team Panther. The AFC is just going to be that other group that sends teams to play either the Panthers or Seahawks in the superbowl (which will usually mean us).

Kinda like Team Edward or Team Jacob.

I don't actually know what those mean.  I just heard them somewhere...

I smell the headlines already.  Even this year, Cam and his numbers start slow but get better every month.  Happens every year.  I'd rather him be in a groove late in the year anyway so I'll take it.

I watched a second of practice over there too, but some lady on a golf cart chased me off.

But i think they were working on defense at the time because the QB was yelling "Omaha!!"
