Top-3 Offseason Predictions (A game thing)

In here, we predict the Panthers' TOP 3 biggest splashes this offseason

Here's my guesses that are most likely completely wrong:

1. Sign Jermaine Kearse to a 3-year contract (WR)

2. Sign Eric Weddle to a modest dealio (Safety)

3. Trade up in the draft to secure Kevin Dodd (DE)

Your turn. Sex.

1. Gman has the 30th pick in within 3 seconds and the Panthers select Dodd. Mysteriously he has slid in the draft due to a report of him being spotted often at Bojangels during the off season and rumors of him mumbling about Boberry biscuits in his sleep.

2. In a suprise move, the Panthers make a move for Forte and bring him in for a steal continuing the trend of using the Bears as our farm team and strengthening the weapons around Cam.

3. The huddle has a collective meltdown when Nippleshorts trades out of the 3rd for an early and late 4th to select superkicker due to nightmares of a kick sailing out of bounds and one bouncing off the uprights.

1.) Team decides to offer Norman more money than they are willing to pay. Jaguars. Panthers receive their 1st this year and next year. Select Jalen Ramsey from Florida State, and Kevin Dodd falls to 30

2.) Panthers bring Greg Hardy back on a 1 year don't fug up deal.

3.) Panthers sign Prince Amukamara to train the young fella in Ramsey.

1- sign Joe Barksdale to compete at RT

2- re-sign Brad Nortman to 4 year deal

3- sign CB Jayron Hosley to compete at CB

I'm confused, why would we bring in Barksdale to compete at RT?  Remmers will start game one and Williams will be his #2.  We need a LT, which we'll most likely get in the draft, or call me crazy, sign Byron Bell to a 1 year deal to be Oher's backup,  I know many go ape poo hearing his name, but he's cheap, experienced, knows the offense, and provides depth.  Not too excited with the tackles in this draft.

    • The good thing about replacing a bad player is you really have nothing to lose. If their replacement is bad so what, you didn't get much worse and probably saved money.
    • I came over from the old Panthers Insider site. When Fox Sports bought that platform it slowly just started dying plus the guy who ran that site was dealing with some pretty significant health issues so the whole thing just slowly fell apart. Quite a few of us migrated over here. Not sure how many are still around.  I miss that place. It struck a nice balance of having enough active posters to keep productive conversation flowing but didn't have so much traffic that you end up with a lot of trolling BS. This place is getting there though since we shutdown new registrations but at some point we're going to have to open it back up or we'll watch this place slowly die off too as posters fall off for one reason or another. We just have to figure out a way to filter out the spam bots. It was a never ending battle to ban the spam bots to keep then from overrunning the site. You'd think they'd be a little more strategic. I mean, if you fill a site with nothing but spam people are just going to stop coming so it's not a sustainable model. But nope, every one of them makes dozens of duplicate threads filling up pages upon pages as soon as their account goes live.
    • lol...I don't remember that.  Although recalling what I had for breakfast yesterday is sometimes a challenge.  Hope it was a positive thing.
