House of Cards Season 4

Half way thru e2 and FU still hasn't talked to people, it's almost like now that he's president, he's ignoring us..

This was a really great season and it's going in the direction I originally thought it would.  There is an epic scene with Secretary of State Durant around episode 7.

He had that nice soliloquy in the second or third episode while making the PB&J sandwich.

Great season, maybe best since season 1.  I do feel like this show needs to end after next season.  It's a heavy show and I worry they could drag it out.  I still don't know what will happen on it though, which is awesome.

I watched the whole thing the weekend it came out.  Great season, second best overall behind the first and defiinitely better than the disappointment that was last season.

Finally finished season 4, took way too long but I have a lot going on...

Just as good as the previous seasons.  Loved the ending, Frank is eventually gonna get it but he's still so ruthless and pragmatic it's awesome.

I thought they would have made it through the election this season. A lot of stuff happened it what seemed like a short amount of time. 

I liked how they didn't end with a cliff hanger. How many seasons does HOC have left? 2? 3? Still some of the best writing out there, doesn't leave you hanging like I know Walking Dead will do (like they always do).

It really needs like one more, two would be pushing it.   That editor guy is going to crash the party and the "house of cards" is going to fall down.

I thought this season was quite good. Huge improvement from the slow-moving 3rd season. I loved at the end when Claire breaks the 4th wall, even though she doesn't actually say anything. It's her beginning a full descent into corruption.

Anyone else find the intro music to be 100% perfect for this show?

The number of times and the ways in which they were able to wriggle out of trouble this season got a little ridiculous. They've gone from a political thriller/drama to a political soap opera.  Each crisis they get into is resolved illogically by the following episode and a new one is introduced, all to keep the viewer moving on to the next episode. I miss the slower burn of the first two seasons.
