Quote

Suspended Browns wide receiver Josh Gordon failed another league-administered drug test last month, Mike Garafolo of FOX Sports reported Monday.

Citing a source with knowledge of test results, the report said a sample collected from Gordon in early March tested positive for marijuana and dilute.

Gordon applied for reinstatement in February. He was suspended for at least a year in early 2015 after testing positive for alcohol, a violation of rules set forth by the NFL stemming from a previous suspension.

You're taking me back to the good ol' days, Scotty boy!

Of about a year ago! :P

We can try for Justin Blackmon too.

There was a time that people were screaming we should trade as high as a second round pick for this guy. For perspective on that, our second round picks over the last few years have been Kawann Short, Kony Ealy and Devin Funchess.

Everyone here can point to an I-told-you-so. Everyone knew Gordon was a dumbass. Many of us just didn't know to what great extent his dumbassery would manifest itself.

I just don't get it. The way these guys seem to love grass, I suspect that they'd take pot before pussy.

Meh. Yeah his judgement is absolutely abysmal, but I don't give a fug if he smokes weed. We've got players like Odell Beckham JR out here literally trying to take guys heads off, and people try to make him a victim and give him a slap on the wrist. That's not even mentioning the other off the field idiocy other players engage in yet continue to play. What's really important?

3rd round pick should do it now, but Gettledouche hates Cam, so we'll have to wait for Josh Gordan's next failed test in 2017. It will be down to a 4th round pick, and that might be cheap enough for Dollar Store Dave

I work in the financial industry.  Personally, I don't give a fug if a person has filed a bankruptcy in his life as long as that person has turned their life around.

You know who DOES give a fug about whether a person has filed a bankruptcy in his life during the interview/hire process?  The financial industry.

You want to work in a particular industry?  You want them to give you a job and pay you money?  Maybe you ought to do what that industry requires for you to work for them.

    • I could be waaaaaaay off about Kon. I do fault myself into, to borrow a NFL phrase heavily "RAS" nerd on players, too much. There are PLENTY of athletic freak shows that are playing overseas(or Amazon delivery) cause they never figured out NBA ball. I can easily miss seeing the talent. Plus did he only have 2 dunks on the season??(is that for real??) I didn't watch over a few hours of duke, but not one point did I think "That Kon guy is a top 4 pick in the upcoming draft". IMO I still foresee Ball bringing the ball up, doing his weak isolation game and never even looking for Kon. That's his best trait according to everyone, shooting right? I do not see ball, bridges, miller or even williams making the extra pass to Kon for him to shoot a 3.  Then defense-wise, Im not ready to type the amount of questions I foresee in his ability for guarding NBA SGs or bench SFs for that matter. Not that NBA players care to defend, but still..... I just feel he's a bad fit for the current hornets, trades are taking place tho... Liam to me is a decent comp for Kon and he fell some, but was a 29 overall pick. Still around 13-21 was the good solid range for Liam and I thought the same for Kon. This is just a classic case of I need to see it. It add to this, Kon is like garlic. Ball is like sugar and Miller is like flour. Mix it together and chef Lee is not going to get me to eat that dish..... Honestly I don't know why Im this vocal about Kon. In past years I would be patience and not post and see what the kid has. The other side, insert classic white boy terms here- _____, ______, _______< etc >. Hornets do desperately need them. His crafty back door cuts, his willingness to stay a extra 2 hours to refine lees plays, keep playing with bruised limbs. I heard from many reports he's mentally tough and hornets by all gods need that. God they are such pussys.  I hope Im wrong and if so, I will give Kon his just props.
