Where is his agent to break the news on the huddle!!??

Ikr?

Pops in a year ago to say, "Hi, his client really likes it here." Huddle was very nice to him, then he vanished like a fart in a whirlwind.

Effin' tease

glad he's back, but he was exposed in the playoffs. i hope matsko can work with him

I don't necessarily believe that he was exposed as much as the coaches should have done a better job of giving him help.

Like these articles basically say in so many words here (http://www.todayspigskin.com/pigskin-news/panthers-rt-mike-remmers-says-hell-never-stop-regretting-super-bowl-50/ and http://www.thescore.com/news/1006512 ), Miller has made many a guy look bad.

G-man said that he wouldn't make any rash judgments based upon one game, and that's what he meant. Remmers had a pretty extraordinary year otherwise.

Don't get me wrong,  I hope Remmers improves as well. We know that he remembers. Sometimes that's what it takes to spur someone on to greatness. That being said, perhaps an offensive spy on Miller, be it an extra TE or RB, should be in order next time. I am not holding my breath about Daryl Williams' ability to take Remmers' job.

we actually gave him help all day but the broncos just blue dog blitzed every snap and negated it. shula had a great year adaptively but i don't think we talk enough about how he didn't call any screens or delayed upfield releases to burn those committed linemen. one or two big plays there and you keep back and possibly eliminate those pass rushing scenarios entirely.

You nailed it.  Denver knew we'd be giving Remmers help.  When we left a man back to help, they sent an extra.  Their ultra aggressive play could have been negated, just like you describe.  It was failing to, not only quickly adapt, but adapt at all really.

Yeah, I get that. Perhaps I didn't clarify myself. That help turned out to be virtually no help. In the greater scheme of things, it was a piss-poor performance, from the play calling to the execution.

Upgraded pieces at some key positions (like the Henrys for example) should help. Wideouts returning and ascending will help as well, not to mention a Shepard, Boyd or Cooper.
