road rage incident

So basically i live in brooklyn ny and i was dropping my girl off and she had to get her school books so i pulled my car over . keep in mind there is no parking in nyc and everyone double parks so i double park minding my own business cars are going by and this one phyco is going down the one way st going around 50 and he just starts laying down on his horn . wondering why hes not going around guy was a terrible driver from new jersey and i roll down mywindow and said drive around and he continues to lay down on his horn.

so i drive a little and and pull as tight as i can so the guy can pass and he passes and stops next to my car rolls down the window saying hey you a hole you want me to take off your mirrors i said man you could of easily passed much bigger trucks were passing . its not like i dident leave room i left alot of room that even a bus can fit . so words exchange.

 guy was some middle aged if i guess around late 40s italian mafia looking guy i had a long day at work i dont feel like fighting so i told the guy get out of here and he freaks and says how you like it if i do it to you he floors it back into my car blocking in at this point im ready to bash his brains in i get out my car and this coward pulls out a damn louisville slugger  so quickly i get back in my car and he swung it at my head like 5 times but i blocked all the blows with my forearms (thank god i did martial arts ) this guy take my mirror and twists it but it didn't break lol andi kept yelling for him to calm down while blocking the blows and he was threating to hit my windshield but it didn't happen  . 

whats real messed up there was so many people outside not one even said a word they were just watching and laiugh like the skummm they are cars behind me kept beeping but no one got out to help . i had no  weapons at all theres nothing i could of done you cant fight a guy with a weapon when u have no weapons . i tried getting his license but it was too dark and sped off and he had that dark tint on it .... tried calling 911 and they said they cant do anything without the license . what would you guys do in this situation? im furious  right now i cant sleep thinking that i let this guy get away without beating him down but ill take it as a learning experience and for me to keep a bat in my car for worst case scenario like this   . i been involved with road rage people theres alot over here and only one got physical but im never the agressor  . also ny you have no 2nd amendment so its not like i could stand my ground but i guess it is what it is .

Yea man people are a bunch of scumssz out here . People pick fights wirh you for no reason . This is the first time I ever dealt with a coward that brought a weapon out. I dident even wanr to fighr rhe guy I respect people that are older im in my 20s I would never wanr to fight a grown man but every road rage incident I got in had to do with a grown man I had to beg this guy ti relax and just leave I even apologized even though I did nothing . I feel like a bittch and had to swallow my pride but it was the best move im good other than my fore arms being sore from blocking the bat blow and my car being fine

#1 Always analyse the situation.

If someone whips out a baseball bet the best defense is close encounter.  You need room to swing the bet by coming closer to him, you take away the room. He will continue to hold to the bat because he will be afraid of losing his weapon, that gives you an advantage.  The best way to insure he do not keep distance, grab shirt with left hand and lay some punches with right hand.  He will likely try to fight back, when he leaves one hand on a bat, grab it and twisted outwards (weak point) and pull toward yourself very quickly.  Now you have his bet, proceed by returning the favor.

That what I would do if I got attacked.  I usually play cool and apologize and move on.  The reason you still upset is because your adrenaline is still pumping.  You'll get over it within 24-48 hours.  Just remember, you were a bigger person today.

By the way...  If 6'5 300lbs of muscle tried to fight me and I know I'm about to get my ass beat...  I'd just tell him "no no, I'm HIV positive".  He would not touch me with 6 foot pole.

I was in a road rage incident last year in Canada.  Dude cut in front of my wife, stop his car, got out and start walking toward her window.  Dumbass did not see me.  At that time I had a very thick beard and I wore my puma track suite.  I'm 6'2 220lbs so I got out of the car and with my Russia accent screamed "come here motherfuger"... Dude fuging took a poo, he took off running to his car and sped off.  I was so pissed as hell.

These things will happen.  You probably will never see this douche again.

Always road rage over here cant even tell you how much times I had to deal with a road rage driver .always a damn middle age man  too thats the wierd thing. People will try to kill you over the dumbest poo . Thing that makes me so pissed is this guy wouldn't give me a fair fight he had to bring a weapon liked puss

Interesting you call this guy a coward. If you're not careful one day your bravado will do you in.

Nothing to prove and nothing to gain with this dude. Like stan said a gun will be the next thing brought out.

Id say bat boy is going to go rage again and it won't end well for him. And over what, a mirror? A parking spot? Geez

Bad people have weapons either way . I support our 2nd amendment but it should be a process to get a firearm  you cant have no phyco with a gun like the guy that tried to murder me with a bat yesterday

      We've literally seen him hop around the pocket to survey the field in multiple occurrences. Defenses have this on tape. Cam and QB's like him built the way he was height and strength wise could get by on those natural gifts in their prime. Bryce Young is unequivocally going to have to go above and beyond with his footwork in order to carve out not just a long career but an elite career worthy of a top overall draft selection. We should be able to wholeheartedly agree with one another on that. Intermediate sideline throws without placing the ball out of bounds where the receiver has to contort themselves or make an absurd acrobatic catch for it to be a completion. And yes developing a better chemistry in the deep passing game with his receivers to avoid miscues. Both areas will need to see improvement if the young offense is to develop the way we hope in 2025. And we don't necessarily need to be winning mind you. But development of the supporting cast requires this from Bryce. We have invested a ton of capital in the offensive line. We've invested heavily in WR. We've invested in our backfield. We've invested in TE. We've got a young up and coming offensive minded head coach. The expectation should be for our redzone efficiency to improve significantly. That is not just on Bryce Young. But at the end of the day it will always begin and end with him more often than not. It's always been that way and that's just the nature of the position in this league. And not for nothing but before we drafted Bryce Young nobody was going around here saying we need elite play across the board and top shelf coaching for him to be effective. His biggest selling point was his ability to succeed off script and make something out of nothing. We're certainly going to have to see that come to fruition. Now we wait.

      Honestly, for me, I actually don't care all that much about being the 1st overall pick and him living up to that selection. It's the trade we made to go get him that he has to live up to for me.   You can't be even just an average starting QB after a trade like that, because if that's all we're getting out of it, we could have kept going with journeyman type of QB's or taken a shot on a Jalen Milroe type in the 2nd to get similar play but then have kept Moore and all those other draft picks to build around them.
