Good info. When they evaluate this draft class in a few years, I think Butler may end up looking like a steal- maybe Bradberry too. I can't wait until they start popping some pads so we can see what the hitters have.

Bradberry is freaky athletic. Reminds me of a cb version of Funchess.

His arms look as big (and nearly as long) as his legs, and that's not a knock on his legs. With him, I think an 'arm tackle' will be good enough.

I'm extremely excited about Butler. Seriously, I've got a boner just thinking about our interior.

I think Vern is going to be great but am more excited about Bradberry and Worley.  I think Bradberry will have a learning curve and will likely catch a lot of grief here but he seems to be a baller.

Wonder how Bradberry ended up at Sanford? Late bloomer maybe?

Transferred from Arkansas St. because they wanted him to play safety, Samford allowed him to play corner, and the rest is history.

Similar deal with Sandland was at Miami, and transferred to Montana St.

Sandland seems kind of big for a safety. I'd say Miami was off base with that move.

.... just kidding. Unlike Bradberry, Beau was solid at his chosen position, just wasn't getting enough playing time.

    • We don't have to tear down Dak to appreciate what Bryce did yesterday. Dak had 0 running game. If the cowboys were better, he'd be a legit MVP candidate if he keeps playing this way.  They did it with Ceedee last year, but they do a better job of anybody we play consistently of getting their best receiver off Jaycee.  Bryce was good too. If we just catch the ball that was intercepted, we probably win by 7+, and Bryce goes over 200 yards passing.  Biggest shift the last few weeks has been play calling. I thought Canales abandoned the run game way to early at times last year. This year he really seems to be sticking with it.  I still think Chuba is better at making 4 yards when there's nothing there, but Rico is better at making 30 yards when there's 6 there. I like the direction. Hopefully we can get Moton, Sanders and Coker back and really be dangerous. Our play action game is pretty deadly right now.  Unrelated: My favorite quality about Bryce right now is his ability to see the defensive hold and throw the ball there. He EXPOSES the officials when they don't call it. That one on Tetaroia yesterday late in the game was a bad miss on their part.
    • That sacks allowed number lookin juicy!
    • This is a game the Panthers should win... just the sort of game they lose. The Panthers have a bad habit that goes back years of playing down to the competition's level only to mess around and lose the game. The Jets game should be taken very seriously! But I want to enjoy the fact that they beat the Cowboys for at least another day or so!
