I went to watch all of these trailers, and I think you're spot on. Dr Strange looks absolutely badass. The rest of them... ehh.. not so much.

I give a lot of credit to Moma himself for making Aquaman badass...his look is just kind of his persona he plays on screen with a lot of his characters..without him I think like the other poster said they probably just would have went with some other pretty boy hollywood type blond white guy..

 

also on the Marvel side of things. Brie Larson is playing Captain Marvel.

the guy playing dr strange looks funny so i won't be able to take him seriously as a badass superhero... and the whole reality-bending spirit removing poo just looks really corny.

also don't tell me you didn't literally laugh out loud when you saw the villain.

      Crazy fluky win for the Seahawks last night from the two point conversion fumble recovery after review to the punt return TD to the Rams just inexplicably using no clock on multiple drives up two scores late. I thought a backward pass fumble had to be a clearly backwards pass. The ref analyst said that a lateral would still be considered a backwards pass. I've never heard that and rhat makes no sense. Backwards should mean BACKWARDS. If backwards means backwards then I honestly think that was too close to call to overturn either way it was ruled on the field.

      Yeah, the trending up narrative is wild gaslighting.  4 of his last 6 games. 102, 124, 138, 167 and 169 passing yards with 3 total TDs and 5 turnovers in those games.  I mean, that isn't even backup caliber QB play.   People consistently let the anomalies do way too much talking and let it mask way too much.
