I'm sorry.  I cant even bring myself to look at the list right now.  I love talking FA and draft...  just not 6 games inyo a season coming off a superbowl appearance with the best offensive player/reigning league mvp and the best linebacker in the league both on our team.

6 games in...  depressing.

Dalvin Cook would be perfect. Of course, since this fanbase and Front Office is literally allergic to getting Newton any type of help we will go defense. When once again our offense and especially our passing game is ranked in the bottom 1/3 of the league...the many idiots that populate the Huddle will cry about Newton.

The Panthers have been trying to fix their defense for 6 years now...how about we fix the talent gap on offense for a change?

I say Garrett but if he is not there I would go with Fournette. I think Cam Robinson will probably play RT in the NFL like most Alabama lineman that came before him. I think one of the biggest mistakes that Gettleman made was having too much faith in the coachING staff by not drafting or signin a DE because he felt that Rakim Cox, Arthur Miley, and Ryan Delaire would be more effective after a year or 2 under the system. Also, he banked on Kony turning the corner. I think Fournette allows us to transition  away from Stewart with no drop off and limiting Cam touches as a runner but we would need to get a new FB for him to be effective

Why keep investing in the defense? 6 of our 8 picks in the 1st and 2nd rounds of the draft have been defensive players under DG and we are horrible at best.

I want to help our once in a generation QB out as much as possible, thank you.

It makes ZERO sense. These are the same people who complain CONSTANTLY about the offense yet cheer on as DG and company go defense, defense, defense, defense, defense...At some point shouldn't our genius defensive Head Coach do more with less?

What the hell good is Ron if in order to be viable he needs 9 First Round picks in every position?

    • Jeremy Fowler draft intel on the Panthers: “Carolina was high on Proctor. If he somehow slipped to 19, he was a viable option.” “Caleb Lomu was on the Panthers short list too.” “Panthers weren’t totally comfortable with Stowers there at 49.”   https://x.com/panthersontap/status/2049827264972353727?s=46&t=xeIgh_-Vr2aKxBkBJdfnKA
    • No saying he mostly sucks is saying that he doesn’t suck the minority of the time.   Like if he took 17 tests and had a couple of really good showings and a handful of pretty good scores sprinkled in among the typical sub par results.   Like a golfer who went out and shot an 89.  There will be some real nice shots sprinkled in there but at the end of the day it is still 89.
    • It's worth mentioning... Game 1: Oct 11 in Raleigh. 4-3 OT win with a complete starting lineup. Game 2: Dec 13 in Philly. 4-3 SO win without Jaccob Slavin. Game 3: Dec 14 in Raleigh. 3-2 SO win with a complete starting lineup. Game 4: Apr 13 in Philly. 3-2 SO loss with the AHL roster.  Those early season games were no indication of the Canes team that finished the season. Miller and Ehlers were still trying to figure things out, Nikishin was still a work in progress and the Stankoven line was just another line. Make no mistake, the Canes team Philly will see is nothing close to what they saw at any point in the season. If the top line starts producing, Freddie stays hot and the blue line does what it does, this could be a sweep as well.
