When he says evaluate he certainly doesn't mean himself and the coaching staff.

Actually I don't think he means much of anything there because he couldn't evaluate the best route to take with Waze yellin it at him much less the talent on his roster.

Basically it's wait til the veterans heal up and start them regardless of if they are performing or not...or if they are even as talented as other guys or not.

We know one thing though...we don't have to evaluate Rivera anymore we know what he is without question now.
