The Panthers suck all the way around. The have just about no chance to make the playoffs. For all the people that say there are still 13 more games...get real. Its going to be a long, sad season to stomach.

Thank God for the real Carolina team, the Tarheels! I can at least look forward to watching them play.;)

We haven't even played the best teams yet, that's what is the funny/sad part.

2 blow outs vs the Saints coming up

Vikings will annihilate us AP goin for an NFL rushing record more than likely.

Giants......

Jets.....

2-14 is very possible rofl tard ass team

It aint over till it's over, that ""high powered Dallas offense full of pro bowl caliber players could only throw up 13 points on you guys. I remember my Bears starting out the season in 2005 with a 1-3 record including losses to Cleveland Washington and Cincinnati and our only win in the first quarter of the season was against Detroit in week 2. Next thing you know adjustments were made and we're 11-5 division champs and in the playoffs until you guys kicked are ass....well until Steve Smith kicked our ass. It aint over till it's over. If this was week 7-8 and you only had a win or two then I'd start to worry. Just think what the Lions fans have gone through, it'll never be that bad.

I might get some brownie points with my old lady as she knows that football comes first and tell her we can go out sunday during the game and that she comes first. Hopefully she doesn't realize we are 2-12 at the time. Still i will get some major points for that one.

I'm gonna continue to watch my team and cheer like hell when they decide to do something good. And even if they don't I always have hope. I'm also starting to realize we aren't that good,it hurts but im gonna be here for the long hall we have been through worse. And I never thought Id say this but I believe Jake played as good as he could and hasn't been bad the past two games.

Please go away bandwagon fans. This isnt the Steelers, Cowboys, Eagles, Redskins, Giants (any other big market bandwagon) Huddle. Its the CarolinaHuddle. If this team goes 0-16 I will be there watching every agonizing second. Possibly paying a lot of money to do it This is my team and I love this team. Thank you Jerry Richardson.

    • A winning record would be nice, but I still have us winning around the 6 to 8 game mark. Realistically we should beat the Jets and Saints, that gets us to 5 wins. After that, we have to face a lot of potential play off teams and our divisional opponents. I think we’ll win 1 or 2 of those games to take us to 6 or 7 wins, perhaps 8 wins if we can spring a further surprise.  Is that enough progress for head coach and QB? I’m not sure, it will depend on performances and output. That said, it’s nice to be back in a position where we are thinking about the play offs.
    • I would tend to agree about not falling into the trap and paying a below average QB, but sometimes situations can “force” a team to pay that QB. For example, if we play ourselves into a 9-8 like record, then what options will we have in the draft? Or do we avoid the draft and trade for or sign someone in free agency?  I’m not convinced by the 2026 QB draft class. There’s some intriguing prospects but no one that really screams “draft me”. I’m not sure we’ve got anyone really that stands out as a trade candidate or free agent signing. So although we might not want to commit a big money contract to Young, him playing well and showing progress might force the team’s hand.
    • Realistically we would be looking at no more than a mid round pick for Dowdle or Chuba. Are we really that desperate for a mid round pick? Not really. I would much prefer us utilise the two RBs in a 1-2 punch similar to how we used D-Will and Stewart. After all, Bryce is not Drew Brees. He won’t throw for 300+ yards and carry the team consistently as a passer. So having a strong running game with a 1-2 punch will be beneficial to him, and it will also be beneficial to the RBs because we can spell them and not overwork them.
