Tiger says alcohol not involved but meds

The "3AM" noted in the police report kind of calls "bullsh!t" on its own.... although he was asleep at the wheel, foot on the brake, right turn signal on in the emergency lane.

"...was asleep at the wheel in a stopped car at 2:03 AM -- about 8 miles from his house -- when cops came upon him before his arrest, and he was completely out of it.

According to the police report, obtained by TMZ Sports, Woods was in his 2015 Mercedes asleep at the wheel with the motor running and right blinker flashing. The report says Woods "had extremely slow and slurred speech."

He told cops he was "coming from L.A. California from golfing." He then changed his story and said he didn't know where he was.

According to the report, 4 drugs were listed under medical conditions -- Solarex, Vicodin, Torix and Vioxx. It notes Vioxx was not taken this year. It says Tiger had 4 left knee surgeries and 4 Achilles.

The report says he flunked the field sobriety test badly ... he couldn't do the one-leg stand or the nose touch. The report says when asked if he understood the Romberg alphabet test, he stated, "yes, recite entire national anthem backwards."

According to the report, Woods was arrested and taken to a testing facility. At 4:28 AM, he took a breathalyzer test and blew zeros. It says he was "cooperative as much as possible, very droopy, extremely sleepy, hard to keep eyes open, hard to walk."

Tiger has since said he had an "unexpected reaction to prescribed medications" ... adding, "I didn't realize the mix of medications affected me so strongly."

You really think he's actually going to heal that back and win another major, stirs?

He's toast.

Funny too, how he's healing that back yet said he was playing golf. If I was healing up for a future tournament I wouldn't be swinging at all.

AND lol at the National Anthem backward. That's gold.

ESPN was implying he was a lost cause as a human, don't agree

I said however, long ago, that I thought he was through as a golfer.  Never thought he would win another major.  I don't even think he can win another tournament

Passed out at a stop sign, foot on the brake. failed all road side sobriety tests. 2 flat tires and a banged up side.

Looks like Tiger needs some real help and, the doctors he has aren't helping him with all the pills.

    • Exactly.  You let him play out next season and continue to develop Thorton.  Jackson’s earned his next contract, but his age and the risk of tying up such a large portion of the payroll at one position leads me to believe that we’ll let him walk. In all likelihood, we’ll draft another CB, or two, and bring in some journeymen to fill the roster void, between now and the start of the 2027 season.  That’ll create more balance financially across the roster enabling us to invest in other areas.
    • As far as the NFCS … I think this division will be hotly contested the next couple of years.   I am tending to pay more respect to both Atlanta and the Saints n terms of how strong they will be moving forward, than not.    I am mixed on Ryan but think they have a decent roster to start with. I don’t think he blundered hiring Stefanski. And that offense can be dangerous with a QB. Plus, defense is arrow up. No 1st round pick, WB issues will dull their effectiveness. Question is, to what degree?   I think Moore is going to be a good HC and can overcome tape that people have on Shough. They need a lot but they were playing with people. Just the way you want to see all the way to the end.    Not sure about Tampa they have Mayfield but I don’t think they can maintain their success and Bowles is not going to last much longer. They have to go through all that. Gonna be tough once it starts. Might already have started.    For us I feel pretty good about Morgan. But less so about our offense, we have some short term RB and OL issues and those things are critical given what we are working with at QB.  Overall, mixed. Like a lot of what I see but some major question marks remain.
    • Absolutely. If we are talking about a 20 year old youngster. He's a grown-ass man, and he doesn't know what his job entails or how to do it? Maybe he will be better next year! It's the Panther way.
