I think cmc will feast in sf.  They were the worst rush def in the league last year.

I wish the game was sooner.

Lol everyone is forgetting about Stewart who ripped the not terrible Jags D a new one. Stew and Cmac is one hell of a one two punch.

Maybe.....seems really weird to me.  I figured these things were done within context of offense and defense and even more so within position groups as facilitated by position coaches.

I didn't mean together.

They actually have surface tablets now that will display the viewpoint they need to see for their position.

Probably eats puppies and drinks the blood of baby rabbits  while listening to this loop in the background.

I kind of want to stream this through the Bluetooth in my car at top volume while sitting at a red light staring straight ahead. Then turn to stare at the person in the car beside me. ×

I guess if they have to play out west, week one or the week after the bye are the best options.

Exactly, which is one of several reasons in my opinion why our head coach shouldn't have whined so much about the season opener in Denver last year, especially since it was a Thurs game and gave us extra days after the long trip.

The issue wasn't the rest afterwards. It is how hard it is to prepare for a game on a short week when your roster has barely been set. That, and having to fly out west was a real disadvantage. Rivera basically had two days to prepare the team to open the season.

Well, all this sure, but even worse having to basically replay the SuperBowl, having to watch film of Denver, having them in the team's face all summer.  If Gano's field goal had been good our season last year would have been different, I have no doubt.

We deserved a chance to start at home as NFC champs.

I'm annoyed we're having to start this season away once again (6 out of 7 years under Ron) and at Levi's stadium to boot.  I just hope our guys play mad and run up the score big time and just somehow exorcise some of the SB50 demons.  At least some of our key guys like CMC & Bradberry, Peppers, KB, Captain etc. didn't play in SB50 and thus may not have to deal with the emotions of being there as much.
