The tweet says “without two of their starters”, not their two starting CBs. They still have Vernon Hargreaves who is one of their two starting outside CBs. I think they’re down their nickel and one of the outside CBs (Grimes).

According to Greg cosell, They moved Hargreaves to nickel and basically benched him.

Shula is currently having to draw up the playbook this week in crayon because there was a miscommunication between him and Ron on simplifying things.

Cmon really? Crayon?  everyone knows he uses Lite Brite to draw up plays.23b93a0e-67e8-4ad9-ab75-af7befbe203f_1.3e92ff82d379eb09f4ac023850666e60.thumb.jpeg.b8b5c0d6897252da0934e6917a561967.jpeg

On the low, maybe our problem is our receivers. There's no way if we had Antonio Brown, Julio or Beckhman healthy they wouldn't eat against injured secondaries or at-least draw a safety

All we need is one fast receiver. Ginn was that guy.. No one has stepped into that role yet

Samuel? Does Curtis have 4.3 track speed, but not 4.3 game speed?

When will we get the star receiver who has game speed, catching ability, quickness and jumping ability? Will Steve be our last guy in a long long time?

oh wonderful. division rival down two corners with one of the supposed worst defenses in the league? WHAT COULD GO WRONG???

wait a minute... Panthers arent at home for this one. We'll go up 14 points to start the 3rd quarter and not score another point until Robert Aguayo nails the game winning field goal last second.

    • I assume you are quoting my still. If so, I don't know what your argument is since mine was simply showing a play where Bryce scored a TD against the Rams in the playoffs where another poster used a similar still of Herbert's line to defend his poor performance last night. Like I said, Herbert is a better QB but Bryce wins the game last night for the Chargers. It simply is something he does better than Herbert and would play to his strengths. Someone even said earlier Chargers only win 1 or 2 games this year if Bryce was their QB which is so absurdly laughable it wasn't even worth trying to address. I mean this thread is literally called "Bryce Young is the worst QB in Panther's History" so I understand there is no objective arguments to be had here but I found that amusing.
    • I think his knee would make a good reason to switch to guard IF he returns.  Half don't.  Half of those don't last too long.  The strain on a knee (320lb man) vs speed rushers is more substantial.  So I would keep him if I could on a small contract (he will make $17.5 in 2026 fully guaranteed) and think of him as a possible guard for the post Lewis/Hunt era.  Knee injuries in big men are not invitations to invest in them.
    • I'd give anything to go back to a 4-3 but we are so removed from having the pieces for that. All because Tepper wanted to force this 3-4 on all our coaches.
