Seymour gave up that huge catch and run that put the Falcons in position for their last TD.

Yes, he did, however had some very good plays.  It was a very good game until our Cover 2 plus a juke move got Gabriel yards.

Put in #27 because is so much better...penalty by him along with many lousy plays...we have an issue on that side....thanks gettleman

That was BS, and regardless, inconsequential.

He was our best cover corner today, including Bradberry,  who stunk it up today...  only bad play Seymour made was falling on the slant on their last TD drive, but that was likely to happen to almost any guy in that position - 1 on 1, slant to the back shoulder.  To his credit, he recovered quickly and showed incredible speed to keep that from going for a TD.

But I saw one bad play and everyone says Bradberry is the GOAT.

Too be fair that was Gabriel making someone miss when we were playing our patenented Prevent Defense.

Could he have been in better position for the tackle? Sure. But we need to stop giving teams easy poo off of prevent.

    • JJ Jansen not being on this list proves that it is shite.
    • 2025 NFL Rank: Predicting top 100 players for this season - ESPN I'll save you the click- 0 Panthers in the top 100. A couple of former Panthers and a hand full of "draft- What-If's" on the list. If this nothing else, this type of list shows the down stream impact of terrible player personnel and scouting that was in place here for years.
    • Lots of names being added to the cuts. Some names that pop to me for one reason or another (not that the Panthers should sign them, just that they stood out to me)...
