Rich Cho is the worst GM in all of sports. Our scouts are trash. Coaches are bad. A lot of the players are bad. 

Players to keep:

Frank 

Lamb

Monk

Bacon

Batum (no choice) 

 

Trade:

Kemba (get future picks and let him play for a winner finally) 

Howard (same with Howard as Kemba) 

Zeller

MKG

 

Fire the entire front office from scouts to coaches to GM. 

 

Start rebuild process with hopefully a top 3 pick. Play younger guys more. 

 

This team is 3-14 in their last 17 I believe. Changes this drastic have to be made.

Doubt anyone would trade for Howard atp.  And you know what is going to happen...nothing.  They will throw every dollar they can to Kemba.  We are assured mediocre for a while man.

Zeller is worth keeping but trade him if you can. I never liked his contract and hes always injured.
