Panthers WRs Devin Funchess and Russell Shepard both practicing today. That seems like a good sign for Sunday. Same with Mario Addison.

Trai Turner was outside for a second day, working with trainers. That’s a step in the protocol. Looks like Shaq practiced for a third day. Funchess practiced too.

Funchess, Shepard, Addison all returned to practice today. Turner is still in protocol and working on the side. Would guess he’s the only guy listed out. Panthers still have an open roster spot b/c of Davis suspension. Could call up WR Mose Frazier or LB Richie Brown.

Still no WR DeSean Jackson or DE Robert Ayers at Bucs practice, so I'd expect both will be ruled out for Sunday's game at Carolina.

Huge getting Shaq back. All of the teams we may play in the playoffs (Rams, Eagles, Vikings, Saints) want to setup the pass by establishing the run. With a healthy Luke, TD, and Shaq we have the best run defense in football. IF we can shut down the run we can really impose our will in the playoffs.

We’ve been pretty lucky with injuries this year, besides Olsen and Kalil being out. If we can start the playoffs with everyone healthy that’s freaking huge for us.

I think we’ve had the most false alarm injuries as well lol. So much cardiac attacks with certain guys all year who end up coming back the next play.

The best run D in football that allowed Alvin Kamara to average 18.5 ypc in the 1st game and 6.7 ypc in the 2nd game? We are fuged if we play the Saints again, we haven't been able to stop the best RB we've faced this year in 2 different contests and we're likely going to play them again in the wild card

Trai Turner is indeed the only Panther ruled out for Sunday. Addison, Funchess, Shepard, Thompson questionable.

Mario Addison, Funchess, Shepard, Thompson, Larsen are questionable. Trai Turner is out.

RR says he has no concerns about the questionable guys.

Rivera isn’t concerned about any of those who are listed questionable. All expected to play.

The Panthers have to fill the spot left behind by Thomas Davis (suspension). They think they will activate a player within the hour after Rivera meets with trainers.

actually, RR just said they DO have to have 52 active. sounds like Mose Frazier will get a promotion later today.

I think they are leaning toward activating Mose Frazier for the first time this year.

RR says Russell Shepard is the shakiest among the questionable guys. Sounds like Panthers will bring a WR up from practice squad as insurance.

The team will activate someone off the practice squad to take Thomas Davis’ spot on the roster within the next hour, no assurances but it will probably be a wide receiver who’s name rhymes with Nose Manger.

RR says he gets the impression the Panthers-Falcons game will be flexed to primetime next week.

RR on possibility Week 17 gets flexed to New Year’s Eve night: “When you think about it, what if Atlanta wins? Then it’s really cool.”

to be clear - that’s if ATL wins THIS weekend

Panthers have signed WR Mose Frazier from practice squad to fill spot vacated by LB Thomas Davis during his one-week suspension. Per NFL rule, Panthers had to add someone to replace Davis.

Panthers sign WR Mose Frazier from practice squad to fill Thomas Davis' roster spot. Frazier will be insurance for Russell Shepard, who's questionable with a shoulder injury.
