If the plan is to cut Kalil after next season anyway you could structure Norwell’s contract accordingly.

Moton needs to slide in and either play guard (replace Norwell) or spend one more season doing what he did this year and take Matt’s job the following year.

ron was not vocal enough on that interception that clearly was an incomplete pass, and he wasn't vocal on that intentional grounding call.

as a coach, you have to plead your case and get firey, otherwise the refs will treat you like their bitch, which is exactly what they did to us all game.
