The downside is that the owners didn't let him do it. Thus, they've saddled Dorsey with another year of Jackson.

Personally, I agree with him. Jackson is just not a head coach.

Oh misread that, I thought you meant the downside was he was trying to axe Jackson.

I totally agree, Jackson is a brilliant offensive mind but and lackluster headcoach. The Browns are bad but not 1-31 bad.

The guy has won one game in two years and is known to be a very acidic personality. I don't know what Haslam is doing.

(apparently neither does he)

The Browns should just go get Case Keenum,.. he will be throwing to Flash Gordon, and the Browns can sign pretty much anyone, Sammy Watkins,.. Joyner for Safety,... draft anyone they want,.

i mean damn. Kurt Cousins? I just don’t think he’s all that good.

And now this nugget....

http://www.nfl.com/news/story/0ap3000000918335/article/john-dorsey-browns-open-to-dealing-top-pick-in-2018-nfl-draft

So if they deal 1-1 for even 2 first rounders like the rams paid for Goff... Good God what a place to be at as the new GM......

Spend the $$$$$ on a QB (or maybe Dave releases Eli for you), draft for other needs and have a boat load of cheap controlled talent. If Dorsey is worth a poo, they won't be on the bottom long. Sashi prepped for a rebuild and got screwed out of actually trying to follow thru.

Just now, Mr. Scot said:

Is there anybody in the draft pool really worth trading what it would require to move into the #1 spot in this draft?

Bills and Jets might think so..... If they want there QB of the future and not another leftover.
