Cam Motivation: A Message To Every Couch GM/Huddler In General

Remember when Cam took a big group of friends to Mexico for a vacation and everyone freaked out because they took a picture wearing the bandanas that the ATV tour company gave them to keep the dust out of their faces, because idiots thought they were wearing 'gang colors?' This is like that.

Complaining about Cam fanboys on a Carolina Panthers forum?

Wait, what?

I don’t think a fan base has ever hated their MVP QB as much as Carolina does

I agree about certain sections of the fanbase can’t stand Cam.

Nearly 63 million people voted for a womanizing adulterer for president, and it is those same type of people will  have a problem with these curse words...

There's always been one main underlying reason that Cam gets unfair judgement and criticism from not only the league and other fans, but our own fan base.

I've had it described to my face, even from fellow Panthers fans, in terms as mild as "I just don't like his showboating" to more blatantly disgusting racial things. But either way you dress it, at least in my experience, there is that one underlying common theme.

Stop making excuses as to why anything this guy does, short of physically assaulting someone or committing any other sort of crime (and stop bringing up former "crimes" while you're at it,) bothers you and admit that YOU'RE the one with the issues.

Good call. Let’s tell the Make A Wish Foundation to go ahead and shut it down.

This is dumb. The point is that your kids shouldn't look up to someone just because they can throw a ball 50+ yards or run 40 yards in sub 4.5 seconds.

I think Greg Olsen is.

What's your point?

My point is Vick checks all the aforementioned boxes.

That post wasn't about whether or not a football player CAN be a good role model. It was about the fact that just because a guy is a good football player doesn't automatically make him a good role model.

Where is this written because I missed the "automatically" part. I responded to your post about calling people bad parents if their kids use athletes as role models. When did we ever talk about a good football player automatically being a role model?

Cam should show more class as he is the face of the franchise. My opinion nobody needs to agree

Dude doesn't owe you or anyone else a thing except to be ready on Sundays. You got Tom Brady literally cursing at refs on national TV with nary a peep. Matt Ryan telling people to "get fugin set!" on live TV and plenty of other examples but you and others want to make Cam "special".

Here's food for thought though: https://nypost.com/2017/08/28/smarter-people-are-more-likely-to-use-curse-words/

Just reminding you of the post that you were directly replying to via quote.

Yeah I'm definitely not reading that the same way you are. I've never debated that all athletes are good role models. They aren't - just like all parents aren't. I'm debating whether it's good/bad for athletes to be role models at all and if parents are bad for letting them be.
