Does he? Richardson is gone now. Getting in good with the new boss saying "Change is good." and "Today is a good day" seems like a solid move to me.

Voth still needs to get a feel for Tepper before he says too much.

They may end up having full freedom to say whatever they want about Richardson, but until that's assured I'd probably remain generic.

Give the team credit. They handled Richardson's exit the right way.

His letter, though lacking in contrition or even the slightest acknowledgement of what happened, is at least understated and not demanding of huge attention.

Had the team put up some kind of large tribute or thank you or some such, it would have been extremely tone deaf.
