Why Daryl to IR? It seems like he may be back before week 9 (bye in week 4).

Also, Moton should be listed as LT.

IR designated to return. Yes Moton is LT until Matt comes back so doesn't change the actual chart. Would have to change it almost weekly if you took into account short term injuries.

Hood didn’t play so I think he made it... so CAP or Barner if we keep 4?

Barner returned better than Byrd so I would say Barner stays over Byrd if we have to choose between a 4th running back or 6th receiver,..

Kyle Allen made a case for number 2, he looked poised and on point for the last half of the game... the other two SUCK,..they suck....

not sure about the rest.

Barner had one decent return which came in the 4th against nobodies. Byrd has already proven he can take it to the house.  Byrd over Barner.

Hood injured badly on opening K/O return. Assume it's season ending and he'll land on IR.

I think CAP and Barner both will make 53.  Bonnafon to PS

I like Barner, that isn't even a question in my mind.  Byrd has way more value to this team at this point

This final game has shown me we should only carry 5 CBs in Bradberry, Jackson, Captain, Elder and Doss so that we can carry an 11th lineman. It'll actually be 10, but Williams will count for 24 hours until we are allowed to put him on IR if we plan on bringing him back this season.

LT: Matt Kalil - Blaine Clausell
LG: Greg Van Roten - (Brendan Mahon)
C: Ryan Kalil - Tyler Larsen
RG: Trai Turner - #Jeremiah Sirles#
RT: Taylor Moton - #Adam Bisnowaty# - +Darryl Williams+

* = Draft Pick
# = Free Agent
() = Undrafted Free Agent
+ = IR Designated to Return

Elder is absolute garbage and should be placed on PS. He is going to need a few years before he even gets close to starting. Not sure if we shouldn't try to stash Gaulden as well. He's not good enough to even back up this year and there will be players who could in cuts.

Funchess, Smith, Wright, Samuel, Moore, and Byrd over Frazier?

I think with his route running Frazier might be the better choice.

    • Trade up for a project was dumb, he's gonna be 25 next month. By the time you're deciding on whether he's worth the 5th year option or a big contract you're already gonna be thinking about moving on soon either way.
    • I mean this is legit AF statement....you don't spend that draft capital on a project just like you don't trade up for an injured RB either, which was done in the same draft.  That draft IMO was a necessary evil for DM to learn from his mistakes (I think he did but some may not). Also I have to mention I'm a big Coker fan and think getting him as an UDFA was obv a steal.  Coker is the better WR2 at this point as Legette and its not even debatable unfortunately.  Give him year 3 but don't expect much from him.  Continue in the offseason with adding as much talent and competition on the roster as possible including WR.  Or just trade his ass for peanuts and continue to build roster by any means.......
    • Losing him was a huge loss. Look at how the Bears went from a 5 win team to now a 11 win team. The Lions offensive line is bad this year, secondary is bad and Campbell going for it on 4th down all the time has cost them games instead of taking the Field Goals. Goff is inconsistent as well.
