Cam and Luke have taken us to the playoffs rofl that's like saying Shula took us to the playoffs. GENIUS!

It's really depressing the amount of fans who legit think this and Ignore what Ron has done for this team.

Rivera's defense won the game , Norv playcalling almost lost the game.

Ron plays the clock both offensively and defensively. Our tempo sucks on offense. That blunder at the end of 2nd quarter been happening under Ron too long

And the goal is to win Superbowls, this isn't about just one game

Temo is set by playcalling Norv and CAM didn't adjust to Cowboys defense.

I didnt agree with his approach again...  it's playing with fire.  And Rivera has and always will coach that way until his job is threatened.  "Riverboat" wasn't born until he was up against it and was on the verge of being fired 4 games into a season, IIRC (changed his approach after Norman missed his assignment and we lost to the Bills in week 3 of that year, I believe).  He was forced to be aggressive because if he lost again, in the same fashion, he knew his ass was grass...  but, every time he gets comfortable, he goes back to his old, preferred, uber-conservative habits.

So, here we are again...  doing the same poo today.  Some would say he is right to trust his defense, and his "gamble" paid off today, because the defense closed the game out, as they often do.  But, I don't agree.  I have no problem in trusting our defense to close games out, but I want them to do it up by two scores, not one.

Ultimately, it is a HUGE flaw.  The worst.  But, all that counts at the end of the day is wins and losses.  He has a clean slate with a new owner who hasn't enured this flaw for his entire tenure as coach.  And if we win the games, no matter how ugly, I think Tepper is okay with him.  Then again, iirc, the rumor was he was among the minority owners in Pitt that was pushing to have Tomlin canned last season, so who knows how tolerant he'll be to Ron's conservative, playing-not-to-lose bullshit.

Tf? Super bowl? Who cares about that, atleast we're making the playoffs every other year.

rofl making a big deal out of a little win. We should be 10 wins +. That's the minimum, that's now the expectation, we have two HoFers and possible top 10 at their positions all time and you still acting like the little cats from the 90's. It's SB or bust and the biggest hurdle to that is the HC and he has shown us consistency in his incompetence late in games. It's not if but when he costs us vs a QB who can actually throw and we've seen it play out already.

Fans of good teams already know they in the playoffs it's about what happens there and beyond.
