Why is Vermillion still employed?

Serious question. He's been with the team for so long and every year there's an injury or recurring one. Greg's foot.. Willaims being rushed back, Kalil brithers, Byrd, etc.

I don't get it. Some injuries could have been prevented.

Ivan u are my bro and generally a good poster but this thread is beneath you. I would have expected this to be from MM12 or whatever alt Panthers United is using now or from Nails, Chuck, some of the other notoriously awful posters here.

If these injuries were happening during training sessions, weight lifting etc you may be on to something but once the season starts guys on every team start dropping like flies. That’s probably why Marty created some cap room a few weeks ago, some folks thought it was because they were gonna make some big move or trade but it was probably just to get some breathing room once the injuries start piling up. On a side note it’s why I have a hard time criticizing LeVeon for holding out. Sure he is hurting the team but it is his body that is getting destroyed and he has a small window to make as much money as possible. Holding out is really the only leverage they have.

The only team who needs to fire their training staff on a regular basis is the Chargers because year in and year out they have devastating injuries across the board.

Contrary to what many on here believe; we as a franchise are not special. We don't have more injuries per year than anyone else. Every team deals with injuries to starters every year. It's all a crapshoot every year.

Correct.

Now with all that said, seeing as we have a new owner it's fair to expect a lot of the team staff may be getting evaluated this year. Vermillion is likely included in that.

I've questioned that for some time.
