Yes or No- Should John Fox be fired if we go less than 9-7?

less than. its in the title

oops, so 8-8 at best then....

Yes. Fired. What you want in a HC is a consistant guy that can lead you to consecutive winning seasons and playoff births. Fox has had long enough to acheive back to back winning seasons and the only excuse he will have this year is poor coaching/player management as an excuse.

So Fox had nothing to do with Jake getting resigned and basically wasting 20mil?

Thank you, his azz should be fired as well as the GM. I was sick to my stomach when they gave Joke D that extension. They gave an extension to the worst starting QB in the NFL.!

at the time they gave the extension to a QB who was on the backside of his career, an older QB who was coming off his first year after Tommy John and didn't look like his arm was the same, and who was coming off a career crippling performance that he will never mentally recover from.

only now is his the worst starting QB....but there were plenty of signs pointing not to do it.

If Mike Shanahan can be fired after winning multiple superbowls, than so can John Fox, with 0. my whole thing is 0 back to back winning seasons (if we go < 9-7). I only wish Josh McDaniels had waited until 2010 to leave New England. i want an offensive minded head coach. idk why i just do.

    • Aggressive runner, hits the hole fast, and runs angry.  Just a few yards shy of the single game record for the team.  Absolutely phenomenal performance.  If the gameplan hadn't become weirdly pass heavy for the 3rd and first half of the 4th quarters he might have been flirting with 300.
    • I felt that way before the season started, but I'm sorry, he's already proven he isn't that guy, I don't need to learn anything more about him. He threw the ball 30 times today and could only throw for 198 yards, which was his 2nd best yardage game this year, he's just not the guy. Which means this season has already moved onto the 2nd most important thing going into this season after evaluating Bryce, and that's developing our best young players. You don't do that by only throwing 8 of your 30 passes to your best player who is still only a rookie.  Pepper him with targets and help develop him so he's ready to take a huge leap next year when we get a real HC and QB to get him the ball.
    • Every win comes from a non-sustainable source.  As CRA mentioned, Penix absolutely imploding against ATL, and then today, defense finally clicked and looked the best they’ve looked in a long time (and still have up 24 points lol) and Rico ran for 200+ yards.  We’re not going to get that every week, especially against good teams, which neither Miami or ATL are.  Both MIA and ATL are bad teams and Bryce still couldn’t get it together.  The defense (and team) had to overcome 14 points because of his turnovers again.  That was not even an average QB performance.  We are winning in spite of him.
