What panthers player got an interception but was then tackled in the end zone for a safety. I believe the rule was changed about momentum into the end zone on an int being a safety or a touchback.

 

What player was called for roughing the kicker on a missed kick that appeared to be blocked at the end of a game versus dallas.  The panthers would have beat the cowboys had the call not been made but the cowboys scored to win after the call.  Extra credit:. Which terrible referee made this call.  I hated him ever since that game.

You talking about Peppers? The one where it looked like Peppers got his finger tips on it? Peppers said he didn't touch it but sure looked like it changed direction at that point.
