We are literally two plays away from being 5-0. But it's the coaching that put us in that position. The years we lost close games we missed the playoffs.

Our players, especially on defense, have high standards. They know they aren't playing well, and making mistakes. It's also not throwing players under the bus when the coaches are stating what they are seeing. 

That's called accountability.

It's always interesting how Rivera and staff always find plenty of reasons to hold players accountable and no reasons to hold themselves accountable. That's the opposite of accountability.

You're quite ignorant if you think the coaches don't hold themselves accountable. That's not even debatable.

The defense has been overpursuing and missing gap assignments nonstop.  This is a huge indicator of bad coaching.  Rivera needs to get involved in the defense, whether it be during the week, or during the games.
