Cam is better if course, especially with zone read and designed QB runs.  I give Wilson the edge as a scrambler. He seems to feel the pressure better when in the pocket and avoids more sacks.

I don’t know...Cam had the highest completion percentage in the League on his deep throws at one time. And keep in mind that many of RW’s deep throws are on scrambles where his WRs play sandlot ball and get open. I don’t really recall that ever in Carolina. As for this particular comparison, the question was who is the better RUNNER, not deep-ball-thrower. And in this area, RW’s numbers are incomparable to Cam’s; Cam will obliterate the NFL record books in every rushing category, thereby making him the winner of this comparison, regardless of who he is being compared to, whether it’s Tarkenton, Young, Vick or a midget playing in the NW woods of Oregon.

The only QBs I'd take over Cam in their prime are Peyton and Rodgers. No one else.
