Tepper seems like a smart man I am sure he already has a new GM picked out and ready to go and they will go find a good coach!! It's just going to be painful getting thru the next few weeks!! I dread both NO games

Difference being those coaches were chosen by the owners themselves. The people running the Panthers weren't hired by Tepper.

If I just paid 2 billion for something, I damn sure wouldn't hold back from letting go of remnants from the prior regime.

My concern is if Tepper doesn't make big changes I'll be quite concerned for the future. We could've gone all in any of these last 3 seasons and have refused to do so alomg with limp d*ck coaching. This coaching is soooooo infuriating.
