Had his intentional kick connected would you morons agree it was bad? He missed, but he did mean to kick her.

And good god, sticks and stones, man. You're a millionaire, famous, and talented. Flying off the handle due to a word? Enjoy loserdom.

And you can tell the same posters who were on Hardy's side, saying he had the right to defend himself. She's a 19 yo girl. She can barely even scratch him.

Play stupid games, win stupid prizes. Hunt just hit jackpot.

not to defend what he did but that title is so sensationalized. he didn't brutalize poo, he shoved her out of his room and then gives like a half-hearted boot thump to her butt. he shouldn't have done it but watching the video is very different than reading that headline.

Brutalizes is ridiculously sensational. Also reports she had already physically assaulted a lady he was with, and repeatedly called him the n word. Police were called. No charges filed.

so screwed up in the head.

Brutalize :eyeroll:

I very much doubt he’s reacting like that because she wouldn’t “fug one of his boys”. Word is she called him the n word, and attacked the girl he was with.

I do agree he shouldn’t have done all that, though.

yea in your warped political head you probably think Joe Mixon is innocent too.

Depends on what you're for. Feminism or against racism? Everybody can say what they should've done, but no one really knows what they would've done if put in that situation. She was the one that initiated it and started the assault on Hunt's party and then threw around her racism expecting no consequences. If you think this is a good time to start your "White Knight" act, you are the problem.

And lol @ "brutalized". There was nothing brutalizing about it.

"He dindu nuffin"

I’m fairly certain he did connect with the kick. He just didn’t kick her very hard.

Been there. Woman gets crazy, gets in your face, racial slurs name it. Walked away with swallowed pride. Was happy I didn’t react once I cooled off. It's very difficult, but if you are a man and you next step is not walking away, you are in for a world hurt especially if you are famous.

But he needs to get better homeboys. They should have literally carried him, threw him in some some room and locked him. An angry woman will say and do anything, and sorry to say the law will give her the benefit of the doubt if you engage her.

his boys tried to hold him back but good luck holding back a top 5 RB in the NFL back when he's pissed off.

This is a super huge overreaction. Like he kind of pushed her and then kicked her in the butt. The most damage came when he pushed the dude into her. If she called him a racial slur I don’t feel sorry for her.

This, to me is about the same as the Joe Mixon deal. Both times the man was not at fault. Ladies, don’t buck up to any men if you can’t handle the consequences

    • Congratulations do they know who the father is?
    • In my opinion Fitterer was probably right about not paying McCaffrey. Now not wanting to "pay RBs" in my opinion isn't something you want to set in stone, to me it all comes down to the individual.
    • Maybe I'm just not understanding, but everywhere that I have read says that signing bonuses go against the cap prorated by as much as five years. The following example uses Andrew Luck's rookie contract as an example. "Take Andrew Luck, the first overall pick in the 2012 NFL draft. Luck signed a four-year contract with the Colts worth $22.1 million and included a $14.5 million signing bonus. Rather than a $14.5 million cap hit in 2012, the Colts spread out his signing bonus over the life of his contract. The hit against the cap would be $3.625 million per year over four years instead of a direct cap hit of $14.5 million directly in 2012. This gave the Colts more leverage and cap flexibility in signing other players." https://www.the33rdteam.com/nfl-signing-bonuses-explained/ I don't know why some of you think that signing bonuses aren't counted against the cap over the length of the contract, but whatever.   "The bonus with a signing is usually the most garish aspect of a rookie contract. Bonus is the immediate cash players receive when they ink a deal. It factors into the cap, but only for the whole contract duration, in terms of salary cap calculations. In the case of Bryce Young’s $24.6 million signing bonus, that’s prorated to approximately $6.15 million per season over a four-year deal. This format allows teams to handle the cap and provides rookies with some short-term fiscal stability, which is important given the high injury risk in this league." https://collegefootballnetwork.com/how-rookie-contracts-work-in-the-nfl/ I understand how signing bonuses can be a useful tool in order to manage the cap, and as one of the article suggests, signing bonuses may become important if you have a tight cap, but the bill is always going to come due. I'm not necessarily referring to you Tuka, but it seems to me that others simply don't want to understand that fact which is why they're reacting to what I'm saying negatively. How odd. In any event, I have a better general understanding of why signing bonuses are used now, and it's generally to fit salaries under the cap. Surely players, whether they be rookies or not, love a signing bonus because they get a good portion of their money up front. This in turn gives them more security and probably amounts to tax benefits as well. I also understand why teams would not want to use signing bonuses, particularly for players or draftees who have a higher probability of being gone before a contract even ends.
