WTF is up with ESPN?

ESPN is too dense to even know a story when it is dropping on their head.

The story is not that Cam has a shoulder injury it is that the Panther either insist on playing him anyway or have no contingency plan.

I'm starting to blame Cam for some of this. As a man you have to be honest with yourself. And if he realizes he is hurting his team more than helping by playing injured, then he should tell his coaches how he feels and that he would rather not play. I know it sounds strange but it's putting the team first and makes great sense to me.

That crew absolutely sucks. They basically spent the entire game talking about Cams footwork and mechanics and never once told their audience that his shoulder has been bothering him.

Then after the game is over Booger says “oh yeh, everyone knows Cam is hurt”.

Witten is a freaking joke and seems to have some inner hatred for the Panthers, maybe still pissed about the *** whipping we gave them in our last playoff game.

I was pissed off at this too as well. I was like "It's a fine time for Booger to FINALLY admit Cam is hurt after the game was over" SMH.

The whole MNF crew sucks and needs to get the boot.

Don't forget to also look up his career completion % and compare it to all the other current QB's.

Compare it to “all” the other current completion percentages?

today on ESPN they said, and it’s been said  so many places for you to look up—

completion percentage is one of the most worthless metrics out there.

it doesn’t take into account how many short medium and long passes you do, how many passes were catchable versus not etc.

Throws less than 5 yards in the air connect over 85-90-% for most quarterbacks so those throwing more have higher percentages than those making 12+ yards which have 50-60%

bark somewhere else

I would think that the 12+ yard percentage is where Cam suffers the most compared to most other current QB's.

Hi, Panther fans. Colts fan here. I tend to read several fan forums just to see what their perspectives are. Saw this thread and had to sign up just to reply.

That ESPN MNF crew sucks like no other. Easily the worst group of broadcasters to ever man the MNF booth. Whitten is an idiot, Booger is a moron and who is that 3rd guy?

My main point is that they don't just pick on your guys. They are equal opportunity nit wits and screw up every game they do. They can't be replaced soon enough.

I'll bet this is one topic where most fans of every fan base will agree. Those guy are flat horrible.

I hope Cam can get his shoulder back right. That can be a very serious injury. Imo they need to sit him before its too late for him to recover. We (Colts fans) saw how bad, and how long, shoulder injuries can take to get back to normal.

Best of luck for the rest of the season.
