We Pick Number 16 Now!! I think had we lost we could have been closer to the TOP 10

 

Panthers to pick 16th in NFL Draft

 The Panthers are slated to select 16th in the first round of the 2019 NFL Draft.

 

Carolina’s 33-14 victory over the Saints in Sunday’s season finale moved the Panthers to 7-9 – one of four teams to finish with that record. Twelve teams finished with a worse record than 7-9.

Based on strength of schedule calculations between the 7-9 teams (the worse your strength of schedule, the higher you pick), the Panthers will pick last among those teams, therefore 16th overall. Miami, Atlanta and Washington also finished 7-9.

The first round of the draft is set for April 25 in Nashville.

Yeah makes no sense. We'll be playing Packers and Redskins next year now instead of Vikings and Eagles though...
