With the amount of cap space we have, some of these guys might end up sticking.

The Panthers have waived QB Garrett Gilbert and signed the following players to future contracts:

RB Reggie Bonnafon (Louisville)

WR's DeAndrew White (Alabama) and Andre Levrone (Virginia)

 G's Ian Silberman (Boston College) and Landon Turner (North Carolina)

T Isaiah Battle (Clemson)

DT's Elijah Qualls (Washington) and Woodrow Hamilton (Ole Miss)

LB's Brandon Chubb (Wake Forest) and Antwione Williams (Georgia Southern)

DB's Cole Luke (Notre Dame), Kai Nacua (Brigham Young), and Quin Blanding (Virginia)

Interesting they waived Gilbert before finding out the extent of the Allen and Heinicke injuries.
