We ended up getting an Acura TLX yesterday, 2k below value. Also got about a grand more for my car than what I valued it at. All in all, I'm glad this is over. Just need the bank to finish up its paperwork and we can take possession of it.

Congrats!  Enjoy the new ride.  I will be car shopping in fall.

I might get used if $20k difference over 15k miles.

Check him out when you're ready.  I got my c300 for 18k less than new with only 10,000 miles on it.  Bought a saab 9-3 from there several years ago too. The price he lists is the price which I kind of like so if you test drive it and want it it takes like 25 minutes to buy the car. If you need time to think he'll hold it for like 100 bucks.  He will show you the carfax too he doesn't sell anything without a completely clean carfax.  Only thing is he doesn't finance but I got a killer rate from truliant because I was paying less than 90% of the nada even with a loss on my trade in.

Absolutely. My wife likes to drive it and loves the color. The only regret I might have is taking the 4 cylinder over the V6, BUT I got the 4 for roughly the same price as the V6 with 20k fewer miles on it, so I feel pretty good about it. It still drives well and has plenty of zip. Tech package.

If you wanna go broke on maintenance, buy a German luxury car. MB, BMW, Audi they'll all bleed you dry. Buy them with a warranty or don't buy them. Volvo is Swedish but it's on that list too.

My benz will be gone before the warranty runs out,  for sure.

    • I read the entire article.   Seam routes are great against a single high safety because they have to make a decision.  They can be high risk, high reward play but they are a staple in nearly every NFL game.  Just because they are tight windows doesn't make them hospital balls. The biggest takeaway from that whole article was this is football.  You're going to get hit.  You can get lit up on any play.  QB tries the best he can to judge the distance but the structure of the play is going to get you hit and that safety can run down hill.   Here is one to Sanders, from the same game, who slows down slightly and puts himself in a better position to make the catch without getting lit up.  Hunter ran full tilt and jumped.  No fear running that route which is what Grok recommends.
    • Wanted to give a quick shout out to those of y'all participating in the discussion in good faith. It's been a nice change of pace for some of us fans to combine our knowledge and try to figure things out rather than just looking for a scapegoat to blow off some steam. ♡
    • You don't throw high over the middle, unless your Bryce then it's okay and it's the recievers fault. Plus Sanders is 6'4" 250 and Renfrow is 5'10" 180
