The #Panthers agreed to terms on a 2-year contract with LB and special teamer Jared Norris, source said. Norris, who finished the year on Injured Reserve, got $150K to sign.

Easy.  90% of titles like this are click bait and misleading. This one wasn’t but the other 90% would read:
