Can't make this poo up -- Let's Collins walk, trades OBJ, and is now showing interest in the weakest link on the OL we've ever had...

I know many of us drank the kool-aid with the cap getting cleared up when he arrived, but after that the man IMO has just gotten worse, and worse.

Shiii, Remmers was terrible, worse than Kalil, just made less, and was at RT. i know a lot of people give Kalil a hard time, but he actually graded out well as 2017 came to a close (final half of the season), in an 11-5 season. He wasn't elite, but he was solid down the stretch. I think he average like a mid 70's grade throughout the 2nd half of the year.

Paradis the Ceneter most of us are happy about was around 80's if memory serves before injury. We could be doing worse at LT aside from the contract. However that is simply the market for avg, or even below avg LT's given college T's aren't coming in prepared for the pro game.

Feels like a lot of people forget that we were playing well, we just had NO RECEIVERS vs New Orleans.

hate when people say "can't make this poo up" It would be a solid signing. I would have been for him coming here on

a cheap deal in a back up capacity. Better than amini and can play multiple positions. As long as he isn't a starting tackle then Im good

Remmers is solid...  but Gettleman's angle is ego.  He gets rid of as many guys from previous management as he can, tears it down to the foundation, then brings in his own guys so he gets all of the credit if it goes right.

But, again, he far too often cuts off his own nose to spite his face.

They have a once-in-a-lifetime running back, paired with a formidable run blocking line.

But they still have a horrible coach with Eli Manning hitting QB menopause. They don’t have any formidable skill weapons other than Barkley.

Defensively, they’re going to rely on blitzing, because that’s what their DC does. But they don’t have their dominant centerfielder back there anymore.

But again, it’s Shurmur. I have no clue why he has that job. It’s like the last person I would look to hire, and he gets a second stab at it.

Lol. That was one game

Remmers at whatever he is paid is a fugload better than Kalil at his salary.

You can hate it, but we also when DG was here let Remmers go a season later, and now he's interested in bringing him to NYG. So yea given his SB performance, and sub par 2016 season I think it's funny the same GM that let him go is now interested in him again in New York.

I felt the same when they added Shula to the staff, whether or not if he's calling plays.

    • Still working on consuming all of these so I don't have summaries available, but I figured there might be another Huddler or three trying to kill time before tonight's final preseason game.   Panthers Blueprint: Training Camp The in-house produced Blueprint series has given behind-the-scenes look on the field and off. Start the day with Robert Hunt's family, be in the morning meetings, mic'd up players during practice (Jaycee, Rozeboom, Icky, and Bryce), roster evaluations by the staff, and plenty of camp highlights capping off with FanFest.   Processing Blue (Mike Kaye & Alex Zietlow Mike and Alex are back talking about a variety of topics including but not limited to: joint practice + preseason game vs. Houston, Trey Hendrickson trade rumors involving Carolina, training camp awards, draft pick draft, and various thoughts about the team.   Jordan & Jake 706: Opening Day Another in-house Panthers' production, the most recent episode of Jordan and Jake talk about how to properly balance intensity in practice, react to the starters being shutdown for the preseason finale, share their thoughts on the newest Panther QB, and more.   Raw Room - Ep 278 - Gas Pedal (ft. Mike Davis) Assistant special teams' coach Darren Bates' Raw Room podcast has former Panthers' RB Mike Davis on his weekly podcast. I'm about halfway through this one and it's been a lot of fun. The Raw Room guys (DB, his friend Alex Sweets, former Eagles/Chargers OT King Dunlap, and former Atlanta DB Jalen Collins) are hilarious and Mike fits right in. They talk about his football experience coming up, decommitting from Florida and how he decided on South Carolina, and more. Warning: If you're the type of person that is easily distracted by accents, despite XL being on the team, you might have issues with understanding the Memphis dialect. If you don't care about how somebody talks, just what they're talking about, tune in!
    • Allen was borderline unplayable in College.  He's an absolute unicorn in terms of his career panning out the way it has.
    • It's a step up in competition as well. The gap in athletic skill is narrowed from what was faced at the college level.
