Rivera Friday Presser (sounds Like Daley is starting at LT)

When asked if he (Ron) is concerned about Little's concussions:

"That is not for me to say."

You can be concerned Ron and you can say it.  It is as if he is covering up something.  Like playing a hurt QB when you know he cannot throw a deep ball or something like that.

we have a left guard starting off the street.

yeah i'm better playing soccer with my right foot than my left foot, but i'm much better at other things. So Rivera clueless. Thank god our offense is hike the ball and throw immediately right now. Definitely no deep passes this week.

I hope Daley balls out.  We need another Andrew Norwell to emerge.

The fact that Ron does not know whether DD is a better G than T is so Riverian.

I don't like to get too hyped up over press conferences, but I have to admit that answers like "that's not for me to say" and "I don't know" make me cringe a little.

Hearing "I don't know" from anybody in leadership always makes me flash on this scene:

Ron has very consistently gone with the “I don’t know” card when it comes to concussions. To the point that it seems like it was something he was advised to do. I think he doesn’t want to appear to interfere with anything the independent neurologists are doing with guys that suffer concussions and to let the players take as much time as they need.

I wonder if it’s a situation that hits close to home from his playing days whether it’s a former teammate or something he is personally experiencing. Either way from following the NFL it definitely feels like we take concussions much more seriously than most other teams and our guys always take longer than average to return from them.

Josh Allen, for example, got absolutely knocked out cold against the Patriots and now he might play on Sunday. I could never see that happening here.

I would LIKE TO THINK,  Ron is being coy.

You don't want to tip your hand to the enemy, I'm sure/like to believe everyone in the locker room and staff know how its going down.

But there is really no reason to tell the media / fans / jaguars and give them any kind of extra time to study who will be play LT and how to exploit any weaknesses that player may have.
