Will QB7 haters continue (to attempt) to try to drag this team down?

(i) Yes they are.

(ii)  Nonsense.

(iii)  Total nonsense.

Why are you trying to drag this team down when they are on such a good roll?

NOTE:  The MOMENT Cam is ready to play I FULLY endorse putting him back in as a starter straight away!

Your not seeming to get that "6-1" are a team statistic. Not a specifics to Kyle Allen. Winning is a team effort as well as losing. Kap won games but you say he sucks. You love mentioning that 59% 60% is bad. But when Allen throws 53% and throws 3 more near ints he is on a roll and carrying the team? Nonsense. I am beyond happy we are in the hunt for the playoffs. I hope he keeps on winning.

But I'm not gonna pretend we got Tom Brady back there like you are.it's a lie.

0 point in hating on Kyle Allen now that we know Cam is most likely done for the year. hes not an mvp candidate but he isnt jimmy clausen either.

Which, honestly is a great.

We've had the most mediocre qbs outside of Jake and cam, throughout our history

I’ve honestly seen more folks wanting us to tank just to rid ourselves of Rivera and co.

Neither make much sense if you’re a fan of winning.

Thats the problem, Rivera does just ENOUGH winning to comeback next year and do it again. There is levels to this, and Rivers has shown time and time again he cant get us over the hump. The niners game and getting our asses whopped by the saints the last couple meetings are perfect examples.

When is enough.....enough?

Great question.

ANSWER:  When fans quit showing up.

(sounds like that is happening)

    • And again, when watching him in college he had one distinct trait that I feel makes a franchise QB - on those plays when everything breaks down around him, he creates one on his own.  He doesn’t rely on or need everyone else.  That play last night on the final drive where he was getting sacked and threw it to Diggs before his knee hit the ground?  He does similar things all the time.  Mahomes, Allen, Lamar, etc., they all do it.  It’s what made Cam so special. but we picked a guy that’s the opposite of that.  He desperately needs someone else to make a play for him because he can’t.  Even that play yesterday on 4th down to Horn.  That wasn’t a great pass.  The defender was late and came down to make a play in the ball and Bryce threw it high and outside where Horn had to leave his feet and really use strong hands to catch it.  We relied on a 5’9” rookie playing in his first pro game to make THAT catch at THAT time bc of the early turnovers and a not great throw.  Crazy.
    • This thread is dumb. But I do think canales gets too cute with play calling and I don't think he's a good coach
    • 2 bad teams played yesterday and one lost. Both teams are still bad today. Bryce is a big part of that. It wouldn't have been a close game if DC would have just gone rage rushing from the start.  The Panthers would look so much better with just decent WB play. No way to avoid that fact.
