When it comes to Cam leaving, he is gone.  Because random people on twitter with no actual inside knowledge speculated so.

But about Cam staying?  Well we need to just calm down and not jump to conclusions based on anything.  We just don't know.

Is it really this hard to distinguish between believing what's likely to happen and wanting it to happen? I'd like to think it's not that difficult, but seeing this board makes me think otherwise.

I can't speak for anybody else, but I'm looking at this with no emotions at all. Mentioned elsewhere I could make a long list of favorite players I've had over my time as a Panther fan. Not a single one of them left the way they'd have wanted to.

You gave me a few people that have no inside information.  You gave me a few people speculating on the internet.  You gave me some random media people just making their personal best guess.

If I gave you similar sources saying Cam was staying you'd discredit it because none of the people I would link actually know or have insight into it.  Making them not credible sources.  Just like the "sources" you are gobbling up for no other reason than they agree with you.

Nobody knows right now either way. I dont think Cam knows but he knows their I'd a possiblity the team could choose to move on and that is why he said he loves Charlotte and is reaffirming us his comment to coming back stronger and better..but he is saying if it's up to him I'm back. Tepper doesn't even know yet either because what is Allen bombs the rest of the season or god forbid get hurt..

Cam could walk into rehab and tell ron and tep he hates their guts and wouldn't never play here again. Or he could come in and say he was touched by the support from fans and is willing to play out next season on a underpaid year because he wants to prove it and be a panther. Nobody knows at this point opinions and feelings change. I'm not gonna speculate based on oh he's IRed today that they are done with him.

Olsen was IRed with the exactly same injury a year ago.  And yet here he is.  He had a capable young backup breathing down his neck 2.... whatever happen to him?

You do realize that no one actually believes you when you say this right?  That you've been so biased in supported Kyle Allen you have lost credibility when saying that you are looking at this with no emotion.

You have made it clear for a month+ you want Cam gone.

Oh I know I already went the rounds with him. Why he is acting like these people who don’t have a direct line to Tepper would have any idea about what is happening between now and the start of next season blows my mind. 
 

It’s all part of having a poo fan base, Not being from the Carolinas I’ve always wanted to attend a home game but it’s becoming less and less something I want to do seeing how the fan base is on here and Twitter

I am completely fine with waiting for actual facts to unfold than to jump on a source-less rumor for no other reason than it supports what I personally want.

If Cam ends up leaving?  It will suck, but I will understand it.

But claiming you have "sources" that Carolina is ready to move on is complete BS.

   if he's gone we should be happy for him.  didn't know what to do with him when we had him.  didn't do what we needed to do.   neither did he always.   if he's gone i'm sure its for greener pastures.  we may be better with a qb they feel they need to protect instead of one they don't feel like they need to.

Lol.  I don’t want him gone, I just want him at 2015 playing level and if he can’t get there he should be gone because he’s only average at less than that.
