Interesting move the Falcons are making to improve their horrible D

I loathe the Falcons. ( Disclaimer : I also loathe the Saints and Bucs) So Quinn doesn't trust his coaches on the defensive side of the ball. Sounds familiar.

Will be interesting to see if the Falcons defensive improvement was a one-time bump or correcting some of the foundational problems they have.

Regardless, the Saints abandoned the run way too early in that game and killed themselves with penalties.  The Falcons certainly deserve credit, but the Saints also laid an egg.

We need to stick to the run against the Falcons.  If we do that, I think we will find success.

Also, it looks like Hooper and Freeman will be out this week, which will make them probably even more committed to the run.  Our run defense has to be better, pure and simple.

If it is, I think we win at home.

Doing weird stuff like that usually only has temporary effect. Then again Rivera has a way of fuging the pooch too.

Freeman has a foot sprain and is having an MRI.  Might not play.  Hooper has a knee problem and is also having an MRI today.  Two of their biggest players on offense.

Even if Hooper is out 

It wont matter in their passing game anyways with Julio as long as Bradberry is out
