The Cowboys head coaching job used to be one of the premier spots in the NFL.

I'm honestly not sure it is anymore.

To take the job, you have to believe you can overcome Jerry Jones ineptitude.

Jerry has shown year in and year out, he wants to tie a successful cowboys team with all of his other successes, even if it is a determent to the team.
