I do no trust Saleh as head coach.... Only one good year so far and that is not enough to make him a good candidate

Saleh started in Houston with Kubiack. Then win a SB with Seattle. Left there to Jacksonville with Gus Bradley and then now thriving in SF. He has an amazing coaching pedigree. This is not a fluke.

It scares me that David “I’m the smartest guy in the room “ Tepper will take the thinking outside the box paradigm tooooo far.  He doesn’t seem to want to just be on the cutting edge but to be the first to recognize a different approach.  I can’t know what this could be but he seems to be fixated on organizational charts.  I wonder if he could be looking to change the overall job description of the HC, OC, and DC.  The HC sets the overall culture, administration, media relations and on field game day decision making.  The coordinators are as important as the HC and would be responsible for player personnel decisions, schemes, and would hire(and fire) their own assistants .  Obviously everyone would have to be pulling in the same direction, but would have more independence than normal.  Something tells me that these hires will be an unusual mix between the old and the new .  How’s this HC Mike Shanahan... OC Scott Turner..  DC Steve Belichick..... a Super Bowl or a  Cluster...........

Why does everyone keep saying Fangio he is just in his first year as head coach. Broncos are playing pretty good right now, he is not going anywhere.

Because in the article it says the new owner isn't likely to keep him, but I think they will now actually especially if they get Drew Lock playing well
