Antonio Brown to the Saints?

Hell if he can play why not. Big if tho* yes his off the field antics are horrible, but on the field hes damn near a hall of Famer. So if the staff says they can deal with it the fans who want to win football games should be like...ok what can brown do for you lol. This base tho is to wraped up in moral fortitude like"if Kaepernick signs here I will burn my Jersey and stop being a fan" If the goal is to win games then by any means anyway.

If your not look for an out of the box advantage your not trying, look how many times have we seen the "patriot way" and turned our nose up at it. But the win super bowls. They cheat, and sign the NFLs troubled souls from Herandez, Moss, Josh Gordon, Randy Moss, and of course Brown himself.

Here we go labeling again.  I expect a ban soon even though these guys are clearly instigating.

I mean, we aren't the ones who derailed the thread with literal nonsense. You haven't even added any coherent input at all. This is a thread about the Saints and Antonio Brown. Even in our tangent on "What the hell is wrong with Antonio Brown?" your most insightful addition was, "Well he is dumb."

Speaking of NFL players who are a little off...

Bell is refusing to submit for a test?

Can't imagine why he'd do that

He probably means he isn't going to show up "immediately." He's probably just pulling the only power move he has which is just going whenever he wants to go. I'd do the same thing, honestly.

Yeah but even the Pats and Raiders jettisoned him for obvious reasons. He has unfortunately drawn the ire of the NFL itself and the history of players who have gotten on their bad side is not good. The risk being that if you try and make him a core component of your team, he will eventually be gone because he gets an NFL suspension, likely a long one.

Agreed he is definitely not the NFLs favor. Agree with most of what you said but anyone thinking of him as a core component is asking to much. What you get out of a 31 year old brown is similar to what the Pat's got out of Moss. 2-3 years of elite production and then hes gone. Similar to a bridge qb but at the wide reciever position. Hes a rental. And the Pat's parted ways with him probably because the NFl hammer was coming down off all of his breaking news antics.

It definitely wasn't production related.. so if a team thinks the heat around brown has cooled then why not???

I would agree with that. As long as he isn't a locker room cancer then I would have no issue bringing in a productive player, provided that it is on a reasonable contract. For Brown, I'd be fine signing him in Carolina on a "prove it" kind of contract.

The fact this fan base really think we can laugh at another team who had been supremely better than us over the years . Lol and y’all wonder why we so mediocre . So tired of the “we the good ole boys” and our players reflect that to a tee . We soft as hell . Go get the best players available . Or maybe we should just get guys that’s from Charlotte or went to a college in Carolina . Hurney M.O

    • If Henderson just got a concussion and will possibly/probably now miss next week as well, gotta think missing 2 games of stats at this point of the year might knock him out as he was only just entering the discussion the last few weeks anyways.  Same goes for Judkins going down today too, and Dart's god awful game likely removes him from the conversation as well. It will be interesting to see how the voters compare T-Mac and Egbuka if they end up with stats that are nearly identical. Egbuka burst onto the scene and put up the bulk of his stats early in the year when Baker was playing like the MVP front runner.  While T-Mac was just more consistent throughout the course of the full season (ex. Egbuka has 8 games of 42 yards or less, T-Mac has 4 of them, while T-Mac still scored 3 TDs in those 4 games, where Egbuka only scored 1 TD in his 8). It would be a shame if they put too much weight on the final game of the season if that ends up being the division decider, as I think T-Mac has had the better SEASON while Egbuka had a better peak output during that first month or so but way cooled off since. Maybe Warren goes off in the last 3 games (they still play tomorrow), but it does seem to be down to T-Mac and Egbuka right now.
    • Mitchell Evan’s put a block on someone that he drove them all the way out of bounds and to the bench. He absolutely destroyed the guy. He’s gonna be a beast for us if he keeps that up.
    • Yall... stop taking a sample size and projecting a role player into a permanent starter cuz he had a decent year after what, 5? Come on
