If McCarthy was the option and was interviewed twice wouldn't we hear more about him being the guy? I feel like we are waiting on someone in particular.

I honestly don't think Hurney will be the GM past this upcoming draft.  He may be kept on to help the new guy with the transition, but he won't have the power anymore.  People have mocked some of the comments Tepper made, but I think he was just saying enough to make Marty feel respected...but both likely know it was little more than polite lip service.

The whole staff is going to be gone. I think it's McDaniels or McCarthy coming, so whichever offense they bring.

I know Breer said the Browns and the Panthers were the two teams he was most interested in.

Just read an article or Sportingnews that said we "covet" Josh McDaniels and the only thing standing in our way of us hiring him is the possibility of him wanting to go to Cleveland. The article also said McDaniels is by far Jimmy Haslims favorite, but Dorsey would probably rather go another direction.

McCarthy and Bieniemy are both WCO guys. McDaniels runs an Erhardt-Perkins.
