I don't know that I would say he is a bum. He's just sort of more of the slightly above average to slightly below average coach that we have seen enough of recently.

We had to satisfy the Rooney Rule, but that was completed as of this Thursday.

It is valid though that had he been the top choice, we could have hired him anytime within the past four days. Instead, he spent the last two days in Dallas interviewing for that job.
